Return Policy

We strive to give the best service and our control processes guarantee maximum quality. However, we all are human and if there is any error on our part, we will solve it to the best of our ability.

In the case that you are not satisfied, you have 7 working days from the receipt of the product to return it. To do this you must contact our Customer Service Centre by letter or phone within these 7 days, stating the reason for returning the goods.

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and said costs will be deducted from the total to be reimbursed. The refund to the buyer’s account will be carried out in a maximum period of 7 working days from when the Seller receives the returned product.

In the event of a defect attributable to the selling company, in accordance with the regulations established on guarantees of consumer articles, a replacement, repair or reduction of the price will apply, depending on the circumstances of each case. In this case, the selling company will assume all the new shipping charges derived from the error (costs of return transport).

The client will need to fill in the change and/or return form that will be sent by mail by the Customer Service Centre. The aforementioned form is to be enclosed with the returned product.

To exercise the right to the return it is necessary to fulfill the following requirements:

• The product must not have been damaged and must be in its original state.

 •It must be returned in its original packing and be packed to prevent damage during transportation.

 • It must contain all the accessories or documentation.

 • The product must be sent to the address indicated by the Seller.

When it is not possible to correct the problem or the defect, we will offer a complete refund of the cost of the purchase.

 

Returns in Ceuta, Melilla and International

The specifications of the previous paragraph will be applied, and the customer is advised that customs expenses and local taxes may be added, depending on the locality and/or country.
